Founded in 2002, Research Europe is an executive research firm delivering senior-level candidate sourcing projects to an international client base including companies in UK, Germany, Belgium, Switzerland, South Africa and the USA. The majority of our searches have a pan-European scope and our research team includes French, Spanish and German speakers.

We recruit across multiple functions and sectors, typically for positions attracting salaries of GBP 100,000 and above. We regularly handle board level positions (e.g. CEO, non-executive chairman), often in partnership with other executive search businesses who value our strong research experience and methodology.

Research Europe offers a range of supplementary research and selection services in support of corporate HR functions and executive search or recruitment companies alike. These include corporate insight and mapping capabilities, and comprehensive psychometric assessment capabilities, including aptitude and personality profiling.
