Our researchers systematically analyse countries, markets, companies and organisations – and use networks of industry experts – to actively identify and attract the best international talent.
We use a variety of information sources and cross-reference or ‘triangulate’ between them all. We are not dependent on public domain information or a database. We believe our methodology is rigorous, robust, effective and proven.
Our process
- Obtain a clear understanding of the client’s business and its requirements via a detailed brief
- Research and produce a list of target organizations in which we believe the best talent lies
- Map those organizations and identify potential candidates via phone research, publicly available data and thorough networking
- Network with industry experts and gain new candidate referrals and informal references on existing candidates
- Professionally and proactively approach candidates, screening their interest and suitability
- Systematically screen, test and record the experience, skill and cultural fit of the candidate
