Training & Coaching
In recent times, many corporate organisations have sought to bring direct sourcing and executive search in-house. Some have been very successful at this and managed to reduce time to hire, increase retention and cut recruitment costs. Others have been less successful for a variety of reasons.
We offer training and coaching to talent acquisition, resourcing and HR professionals who have the responsibility of designing and executing these in-house programmes. These sessions are based around the key themes involved in developing in-house capabilities, such as operating models, systems, and the skills your team need to deliver effectively. We also teach specific techniques and processes fundamental to a research-driven direct sourcing capability.
Training is normally delivered at our seminars in central London (a typical group size is 3 – 8 people). However, we can also give training sessions on-site at your premises. The training sessions, whilst highly interactive, are based around important topics and methodologies which aim to shape your thinking, planning and processes.
Coaching can also take place on-site or at our central London offices. Coaching sessions tend to be more bespoke and designed around specific client issues or training requirements.
