Jade Fraser Associate Director – Diversity, Equality & Inclusion

Jade Fraser is a courageous executive leader, trusted advisor, and operational strategist with a deep specialist experience in Culture, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI). They’re passionate about people and steadfast about changing the world to elevate the most disadvantaged populations, by leveraging their own spheres of influence in the private and public sectors.

Jade has a unique portfolio of leading global organisations in the design and delivery of Group DEI strategies. Most recently designing Natura & Co’s first Group DEI strategy, including Natura Cosméticos, Aesop, The Body Shop and Avon with a global presence in 73 countries. Jade unified the four iconic brands in their strategic vision and focus for the future, prioritising Inclusive Leadership, Inclusive Talent management (acquisition & development) and Data analytics and monitoring. Jade is a Non-Executive Director, at We Create Space a community-led social enterprise driving change for LGBTQ+ people around the world. In this role Jade is an advisor offering support, strategy and specialisms to help guide the direction and sustainable growth of the organisation. Affecting this change is punctuated by close and valued executive partnership for C-suite leaders, prioritising psychological safety so that we curate a culture of rewarded vulnerability, innovation and inclusion.

Known for their authenticity, visionary mindset and above all for building high performing teams that unlock the power of psychological safety leading to innovative and inclusive cultures. They provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise to a broad range of partners, organisations and clients, delivering key note speeches, executive development, and leading DEI centres of excellence.

As a binary-disrupting changemaker, Jade accepts the challenge daily to resist minimizing their existence to make others feel comfortable. They make the uncomfortable unignorable, reframe it with those in ‘power,’ and strive to create a world that is more affirming for those that don’t have the same safety. Jade leads Diversity and Inclusion by replacing these words with disruption and innovation, using personal courage to ensure each act is a form of resistance as they leverage what privileges they have – despite at times experiencing the consequences of a lack of privilege – to create change in the world around us.
