Juliana has over 20 years' of executive search and talent intelligence experience gained with Heidrick & Struggles, Korn/Ferry, Norman Broadbent, as well as Talent Intelligence.

Projects Juliana has worked on have typically been at c-suite and global in nature.  She has worked across functional areas in consumer, media and pharmaceuticals and consumer health (OTC).

Juliana has a Bachelor's degree in psychology, MBA degree and Masters's in photojournalism.

When not at work, Juliana can be found on a tennis court.
